Join us for Chair Yoga, a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. It is a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice.

Create a Huichol Yarn Painting to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Descendants of the Aztec, the Huichol (pronounced Wee-chol) are an indigenous people of Mexico. They are known for their colorful bead and yarn works.
