Seniors! Join us in Walker Park or Custer Park (to be determined) for this weekly moderate level class with a slower pace and less intense positions. Also includes yogi breath work, meditation & relaxation.

From sailing to rock climbing, knots are an integral part of any adventure.  But did you know you can make fun knot puzzles as well? You'll appreciate the 'knot-so-boring' world of ropes.
