Monday, July 22
Join us for a fun, informal, play-based program that allows your child(ren) to explore different play stations around the library. We will focus on playing, talking, singing, reading, and writing which are components that help children get ready to read. Ages 0-5. Registration required.
Aimed exclusively at infants ages 0 to 18 months and their caregivers. Baby Time introduces babies to music, rhythm, and rhyme—all important pre-literacy skills.
Join us for day 3 of our Friends of the Muskegon Heights Library Summer Reading Series as we read Broken Crayons Still Color, explore the concept of feelings and emotions, and enjoy some fun activities. Snacks included.
$5 per class

When children and their families share a love of healthy food and physical activities, everyone in the community benefits. Join the Neal Fitness Center and the Boys and Girls Club for a relaxing yoga routine that is great for families.
Join Mr. Jim and the Bookmobile from 2 pm to 2:30 pm for a Read Along at the pavilion near the baseball park, located directly behind the Cedar Creek Township Office.

Gather and discuss the book of the month with fellow book lovers from your local community. Copies of the monthly selection are available at the library. New participants are always welcome!
Come over to the library to visit with your friends and neighbors. Catch on the latest news and meet members of our local historical society. Bring your folding chairs and snacks to share. Juice will be provided.
