What is ServSafe®?
ServSafe® is a food safety training and certification program created by the National Restaurant Association. This course is developed to educate restaurant workers, and other food handlers about the best practices in food safety. This class can be used to fulfill a required food-safety certification for culinary workers. covers important areas of food safety and empowers managers to uphold the highest standards of food service.
