Join Compassion & Choices, a nonprofit that seeks to improve care, expand options and empower everyone to chart their end-of-life journey. They will examine the medical landscape in Michigan, advance directives and their importance, dementia tools and forms, medical aid in dying, interactive and thought-provoking discussions, and how to take action in controlling your end-of-life autonomy.
